Minneapolis-Saint Paul Airport Vegan Options (2024)

Minneapolis-Saint Paul Airport Vegan Options

Are you currently looking for vegan options in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul Airport?

You’re in the right place!

In this guide, we’ll break down each concourse, giving you the best vegan options available, where they are and a couple of menu suggestions.

Finally, there are a lot of local restaurants inside the airport but we have not been able to determine if any offer good vegan options. If you discover any that we’re missing, please reach out and let us know so we can improve this guide!

TERMINAL 1

Many chain location names are clickable and will take you to the complete vegan guide for that restaurant.

Concourse A

Bruegger’s Bagels (Gate A1)

15 Different Bagel options including, Plain, Blueberry and Everything along with some pretty good coffee.

Greek Kitchen (Gate A1)

A VeggL user let us know Greek Kitchen offers vegan options like falafel (handheld or plate), pita, hummus, tomatoes & cucumber, romaine, kalamata olives and onions.

Thank you for the info, Ramon!

Concourse C

Joe & The Juice (Gate C1)

Vegan shakes and juices are available here. Ask about their sandwiches and breakfast bowls. They offer vegan pesto but none of the sandwiches are labeled vegan nor do they appear to be. And the breakfast bowls appear to be vegan but we’re not sure what the granola is made out of.

We suggest asking for clarification. If you do, please let us know so we can update this guide for the next vegan traveler.

Buffalo Wild Wings (Gate C2)

Buffalo Wild Wings. Everything Pretzel Knots. Order with NO beer cheese & SUB honey mustard with regular mustard.

After looking over the menu attached to the airport website, it may be a bit outdated. We suggest you look at their menu at the airport and cross-reference it with our BWW vegan guide.

And as a side note, us vegans like to think that fries & nacho chips could be a fallback. That is not the case at Buffalo Wild Wings because they fry everything in beef fat.

Vino Volo (Gate C7)

We had a VeggL user let us know Vino Volo is an option. We suggest asking what options are or can be made vegan if modified.

Starbucks (between Gates C12 and C13)

With the many options of non-dairy milk (oat, almond, soy, coconut) available at all Starbucks, there is almost an infinite number of vegan drinks you can order using.

On the food side, you have a few options including the Chickpea Bites & Avocado Protein Box and Bagels (plain, cinnamon raisin, everything). You can also check for their Strawberry Overnight Grains and snacks.

Chick-fil-A (Gate C13)

Waffle Fries are the go-to if you’re just looking for a quick snack to hold you over to your destination. But if you’re wanting something a bit (okay, a lot) more healthy then the Kale Crunch Side is vegan as well.

You can ask if they have their Cool Wrap. I say that with hesitation because we have recently noticed that their while you would have to modify their Cool Wrap to make it vegan, it no longer contains the same ingredients. We suggest asking if they have the black beans and corn that should be in their Cool Wrap first. If they do, see our Chick-fil-A vegan guideOpens in a new tab. for how to order it vegan.

Farmer’s Fridge

Vegan Options in a fridge (aka a vending machine), touchless ordering and offers a reward program with the Farmer’s Fridge app. You can find a variety of options ranging from oats, a burrito bowl, chips & guac and even vegan cookie dough bites. These options will always vary.

Concourse D

McDonald’s  (on your way into D Gates)

When clicking on the airport’s menu for McDonald’s it goes directly to Mcdonald’s website so we’re not sure if the only vegan option you have available is even at this airport location.

…and that is their Fruit & Maple Oatmeal. Be sure to order it with NO cream. Didn’t include this with my statement above, but you could also order their apple slices.

Concourse E

Holy Land (Gate E5)

A VeggL user let us know Holy Land is a food-truck style Mediterranean restaurant with vegan options that are labeled vegan! Look for hummus, samosas and falafel.

Thank you for the info, Kim!

Qdoba (Gate E7)

Create your own salad, bowl or tacos. Add rice, beans, salsas and toppings. Our Qdoba vegan guide will give you details on what specifically is accidentally vegan.

Concourse F

Caribou Coffee (Gate F1)

Coffee & teas… non-dairy milk is available. The menu is not available for this airport location so we suggest asking if they offer oatmeal, bagels and maybe their Just Egg Roasted Tomato & Pesto Flatbread. This flatbread is vegan if it is available.

Panda Express (Gate F5)

Chow Mein* and Vegetable Springs Rolls are all great accidentally vegan options at Panda Express. Pair these with steamed white or brown rice and add a side their yummy Super Greens.

Auntie Anne’s (Gate F6)

Auntie Anne’s Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel (order fresh with NO butter) with their Sweet Glaze Sauce.

Auntie Anne’s pretzels can be ordered vegan IF they are willing to make yours without the butter that is added BEFORE they go into the oven. This isn’t just a VeggL hack, it’s something that they themselves promote on their website.

Having said that, we’ve had mixed luck trying to do this ourselves. Some locations are willing to do it and some won’t.

Wendy’s (Gate F6)

You have a couple of options here… either a Baked Potato Plain or with Chives (order with NO butter, cheese or sour cream) and Natural-Cut Fries. We suggest asking for other toppings for your baked potato; like, ketchup, mustard, salsa or avocado, if available.

They also offer salads. We suggest checking our Wendy’s vegan guide to cross-reference how to order them vegan–if that is an option.

People’s Organic (Gate F6)

We have had a few VeggL users let us know that People’s Organic offers vegan options and is highly recommended! Kate let us know that People’s Organic has chili and avocado toast that are both marked vegan on the menu. They also have non-dairy milk for coffee.

Thank you Heather, Dan and Laura for this information!

Chick-fil-A (Gate F6)

Waffle Fries are the go-to if you’re just looking for a quick snack to hold you over to your destination. But if you’re wanting something a bit (okay, a lot) more healthy then the Kale Crunch Side is vegan as well.

Concourse G

Caribou Coffee (on your way into G Gates)

Coffee & teas… non-dairy milk is available. The menu is not available for this airport location so we suggest asking if they offer oatmeal, bagels and maybe their Just Egg Roasted Tomato & Pesto Flatbread. This flatbread is vegan if it is available.

Starbucks (G17)

Crisp & Green (Gate 18)

Acai Bowls, Smoothies, Grain Bowls and Salads. Verify which items are vegan prior to ordering. They do say on their menu that all of the smoothies are vegan–everything else has a V if it’s vegan.

Chili’s

You have a few options at Chili’s… Tostada chips with salsa, a modified salad or maybe ask if you can piece together meal. We suggest looking at their menu and cross-referencing it with our vegan guide.

Dunkin’

Vegan Options at Dunkin'
Dunkin’s Roasted Tomato Avocado Toast

At Firehouse, you can put together a veggie sandwich or salad. Add chips (check ingredients) and a pickle to complete your meal.

Moe’s Southwest Grill

As a create-your-own burrito place, Moe’s has many different combinations of vegan options.

Subway Veggie Patty Sub with lettuce, tomato, onion, bell pepper, banana pepper, cucumber and sweet onion teriyaki sauce. 9/2022

And then make it complete with a bag of chips! …check the ingredients on the bags they offer.
