Pre-vegan, Jimmy John’s Veggie was my all-time favorite–especially paired with a bag of chips. If you are a fan of their bread like me, then you’ll at least be thankful it is vegan-friendly. You will need modifications from the original Veggie to make it vegan though.
Does it taste exactly the same? No. But that bread is so good, I can make it work.
