You have the right to request that we disclose: (i) the categories of personal information we collected about you; (ii) the categories of sources from which that personal information was collected; (iii) the business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling that personal information; (iv) the categories of third parties with whom we shared or sold that personal information; and (v) the specific pieces of personal information we collected (to the extent applicable) in the preceding 12 months.

b. Right to Delete

You have the right to request that we delete personal information that we collected from you (subject to certain exceptions).

c. Right to Correct

You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you. (This right arises under the CPRA, the amendment to CCPA).

d. Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing

If we “sell” (broadly defined) or “share” (under CPRA) your personal information (for example for advertising purposes) we will provide you a clear and conspicuous mechanism to opt-out. You may exercise your right to opt-out by clicking the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link (or equivalent).

e. Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information

Under CPRA, you may have the right to limit our use and disclosure of “sensitive personal information” (e.g., precise geolocation, race, religion, health information).

f. Non-Discrimination

You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by us for exercising your privacy rights (for example, we cannot deny you service or charge different prices simply because you exercised a right).

If we determine that we “sell” or “share” your personal information, we will display a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link on our homepage or in a prominent location.

10. International Visitors

By using the Site, you consent to such transfers. Please note that different privacy protections may apply in other jurisdictions.

11. Children’s Privacy
