We are recognizing 8 of the 30 NFL Stadiums as having the Best Vegan Options for the 2023 football season.
(32 NFL teams; 2 of the stadiums house 2 teams = 30 stadiums)
With the information we have been able to obtain, all 32 NFL Vegan Football Guides are updated!
That means there are a few that we are hoping to hear back from with more information and have noted that on their guide. We also ask that if you happen to visit and learn more to let us know so we can make these guides better.
Each guide contains:
- The stadium’s vegan options (if available), along with any modifications that may need to be made,
- The location where you can find each item unless it is a common one throughout the stadium,
- Their bag policy, food & beverage policy (maybe you want to take in your own food?), and
- A couple of vegan-friendly restaurants close to the stadium should you choose to eat before or after an event.

Allegiant Stadium
…home of the Las Vegas Raiders
You can find a Beyond Brat, Quinoa Salad Wrap, a Garden Burger and even a Vegan Funfetti Cake at Allegiant Stadium. We’re not sure what a Vegan Funfetti Cake but we love this unique option at an NFL stadium!
We also had additional questions about a couple of other options they mentioned are vegan. Our vegan guide for Allegiant Stadium will be updated if/when we learn more.
Empower Field at Mile High Stadium
…home of the Denver Broncos
You can find a Plant-Based Burger and Vegan Hot Dog in a fair amount of locations and a variety of snacks throughout the stadium, including Dippin’ Dots!
Ford Field
…home of the Detroit Lions
Ford Field has one of the best menus for vegan options of any NFL stadium for the 2023 season.
A Vegan Jackfruit Sandwich, Impossible Burger, Vegan Veggie Wrap, a Vegan Hibbachi Bowl, various salads and even Chips & Guacamole, Hummus & Pretzels and other Snack Mixes are all available.
When Ryan was coaching, we played in one of my favorite bowl games we were ever invited to at Ford Field. If only they had had these options then. Yum!
Lumen Field
…home of the Seattle Seahawks
An awesome vegan-friendly city with a vegan-friendly NFL Stadium… You can find Vegan Nachos, Vegan Mac & Cheese, Vegan Curry, an Impossible Burger, Vegan Hot Dogs and Starbucks. Of course, the city that brought the world Starbucks would have them in their stadium!
Mercedes-Benz Stadium
…home of the Atlanta Falcons
Mercedes-Benz in the heart of Atlanta offers an incredible selection of vegan options. They offer a vegan cart called, the Meatless Grill Cart.
You will find a Beyond Vegan Burger with vegan cheddar and a Vegan Beyond Sausage with onions & peppers. At the ATL Fan Fare, there is a Buffalo Cauliflower Wrap and Vegan Hot Dog.
Moe’s offers a Veggie Bowl or Burrito and the Mac Shac Cart has a Vegan Mac. See our Vegan Guide for Mercedes-Benz for all of the locations + more!
Nissan Stadium
…home of the Tennessee Titans
Twice Daily Grab and Go is the spot for vegan food! They offer a Burrito Bowl, a Chickpea Wrap, Vegan Pasta Salad plus veggies and a fruit cup.
Raymond James Stadium
…home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The Healthy Spot Concession offers vegan, vegetarian & gluten-free options. The following items are offered here–we suggest verifying they ARE vegan prior to ordering: a Power Salad with plant protein, a Hummus-dolmades Platter, and a Hot Healthy Bowl with quinoa, plant-based chicken and lots of veggies.
A few years ago, the Buccaneers health-conscious community asked for more fresh vegetable-forward options on gamedays so they have provided just that. We love it!
SoFi Stadium
…home of the Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers
Here is a stadium with vegan-friendly stadium-type food! You can find Vegan Chili, a Beyond Sausage, French Fries, Chick’n Nugs and Tater Tots.
And the Google Cloud Suites on Level 2 have even more …Jackfruit Tacos, Beyond Sausage, Vinegar Slaw and even Baked Beans.
In Conclusion…
Over the last few years, the options at stadiums have gotten much better but they also have fluctuated which is why we really wish the stadiums could be more transparent with what they are offering; especially if you are not allowed to bring food in.
We are thankful, however to the 8 we have listed. Whether you can bring your own food in or not, you at least can look forward to going to a game without the anxiety of not being able to eat anything or worrying about what it is or where you can find it.
Ultimately, this is why we have created VeggL–to help make your life a little easier so you have more time to enjoy it.
