Heading to Mercedes-Benz Stadium, home of the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United, hoping to find vegan food? We have a lot of options listed here, that include where you can find them, but also share many that we still have questions about.
What’s so great about our VeggL community is that our VeggL’ers will help us out so we can help YOU out. We have reached out to the stadium with our questions but if you happen to stop by any of the the vendors below and can get concrete answers, please let us know.
Further down, we share Mercedes-Benz Stadium’s bag policy along with if you can bring food/drink in. And below that are a couple of vegan-friendly restaurants close to the stadium should you want to eat out before or after the game.
Having lived just outside of Atlanta for a few years, we are big fans of Mercedes-Benz Stadium. It’s nice.

Can I Bring Food Into Mercedes-Benz Stadium?
Sometimes it seems like it’s easier to just bring your own food to events. If you’re thinking of doing this at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, here are a few policies at the stadium that you need to be aware of.
We pulled these directly from the Mercedes-Benz Stadium A to Z Guide.
Bag Policy (as of 9.23.25)
For quickest entry into the stadium, we strongly recommend that you do not bring a bag on event day. If a bag is necessary, the bag (including all Diaper Bags) must meet the following criteria in order to enter the stadium:
- Bags must be CLEAR plastic, vinyl or PVC and not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”.
- Only non-clear bags that are smaller than 4.5” x 6.5” will be permitted into the stadium.
Any type of non-clear bag exceeding 4.5” x 6.5” in size will not be permitted. Exceptions will only be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection by security personnel. Please ask for assistance at the gate.
Food & Beverage (as of 9.23.25)
- Each fan is permitted to bring (1) factory-sealed, non-frozen 500ml (16.9 oz.) bottle of water into the stadium if desired.
- Outside food & beverages (other than the water listed above) are not allowed to be brought into Mercedes-Benz Stadium. This includes any food that is bought just outside at a fan fest as well.
Exceptions include plastic bottles of non-frozen formula or milk and small snacks for parents with small children
Vegan Options Near Mercedes-Benz Stadium
We always like making getting a bite to eat before or after the game part of our gameday ritual. We figure we can’t be the only ones that do this, so we’re going to suggest a couple of good vegan-friendly spots close to the stadium to try.
This is by no means a complete list, just a couple of our favorites. Always check days and hours open when making your plans.
Stir House
61 Broad St NW, Atlanta, GA 30303
Less than a mile away from Mercedes-Benz Stadium is a 100% vegan restaurant with Asian dishes, bao buns, fried oyster mushrooms, Pho and dessert empanadas. Reviews look good too!
Slutty Vegan
476 Edgewood Ave SE, Atlanta, GA 30312
Maybe we’re just biased because we live in Atlanta, but I feel like every vegan (at least in the US), has heard of Slutty Vegan. Well, if you’re in town for a Falcons or United game, then now is your chance.
Slutty Vegan is located just two miles east of the stadium. (FYI – This is not the original location. That one is located a little further away, southwest of the stadium).
