Seattle (and the Pacific Northwest in general) is very vegan friendly so it should come as no surprise that Lumen Field, home of the Seattle Seahawks and 12th Man, is also vegan friendly!
In fact, when we sent out requests to football stadiums to send us their vegan options for this season, Seattle was the first response we received!
They actually have a link (that can be a little hard to locate on their site) to their concessions page and you can filter down options by dietary specifications, including vegan!
We were told menu choices can change throughout the year, but here are some locations where you should expect to be able to find vegan options. A few of these locations even give examples of vegan food that they serve and we’ve included those as well.
If you have first hand knowledge that you can share with us to help us make this page better, we’d love to hear from you!

You’re in Seattle, so of course there are Starbucks at the stadium.
We can’t guarantee what they will have available at the stadium versus what you would expect at a regular location, but we have a Starbucks Guide that details every available vegan option that Starbucks offers.
Can I Bring Food Into Lumen Field?
Sometimes it just feels easier if you bring your own food into the stadium. If you’re thinking of doing just that, here are a few policies at Lumen Field that you need to be aware of. We pulled these directly from the Lumen Field Stadium Guide.
Clear Bag Policy (as of 9/23/21)
Lumen Field enforces measures designed to both enhance public safety and create a safe environment at Lumen Field and Lumen Field Event Center for all stadium events (including Seahawks games and Sounders FC matches).
Guests of Lumen Field may carry only the following style and size bag, package, or container into the stadium or when approaching queue lines:
Clear Bags
Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″. (Official NFL team logo clear plastic tote bags are available through club merchandise outlets or at nflshop.com).
One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (ziploc bag or similar). Clear backpacks within the dimensions and have no more than 2 pockets.
Small Clutches/Purses/Wallets
Small clutch bags, that do not exceed 4.5″ x 6.5″, with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the stadium along with one of the clear bag options.
Miscellaneous Bags
- Seat cushions that have no pockets, zippered compartments, or extra straps.
- Oversized bags cannot be placed in acceptable clear bags and will be denied entrance.
- Exception for medically necessary items (including diaper bags) after proper inspection is permitted at the NE VIP Gate, NW VIP Gate, SW VIP Gate, Club Entrance (Garage Level 5), and Suite Entrance (Garage Level 6).
- Outside food entering the stadium must adhere to the clear bag policy and dimensions.
Outside Food and Beverage Policy (as of 9/23/21)
Outside food in a clear plastic bag or pizza in a pizza box is allowed into Lumen Field and Lumen Field Event Center (food must be single serving). Outside beverages are not allowed.
Exceptions are made for factory-sealed water bottles (non-enhanced, flavored or carbonated), baby bottles, beverages related to medical needs, and unopened, soft-sided single serve containers (i.e. juice boxes).
Vegan Options Near Lumen Field
We also did a bit of research on good places to get a bite to eat near the stadium, in case you want to get something before or after the game (or both! We’re not here to judge!).
Loving Hut
1226 S Jackson St, Seattle, WA 98144
There is a Loving Hut located about a mile from the stadium. Depending on where you end up parking, a walk there and back might be feasible. If not, it’s only a couple minute drive from the stadium.
If you’re not familiar, Loving Hut is a vegan counter-serve chain with locations all over country (and the world actually). You can’t go wrong with just about anything on the menu. We recommend trying the pho or the dumplings. Both amazing!
Veggie Grill
1427 4th Ave, Seattle, WA 98101
Located about a mile north of the stadium is a Veggie Grill.
Veggie Grill is another fully vegan chain restaurant located up and down the west coast (Bring them East!!!)
Seriously, close your eyes, point at the menu and order. It’s going to be amazing. We ate there multiple times the last time we visited California and didn’t try anything we didn’t love.
