Seattle is very vegan-friendly so it should come as no surprise that Lumen Field, home of the Seattle Seahawks and 12th Man, is also vegan-friendly!
You can find Vegan Nachos or even Vegan Mac & Cheese at Cooka T’s Kitchen, a Vegan Hot Dog Local Dogs and Links concessions and why wouldn’t you have Starbucks? You’re Seattle!
We were told menu choices can change throughout the year, but here are some locations where you should expect to be able to find vegan options.
Below this list, we share with you Lumen Field’s bag policy along with if you are allowed to bring in food or drinks, if that was something you were thinking about doing.
And lastly, we have a couple of vegan-friendly restaurants listed if you prefer to eat before or after your event.
If you have first-hand knowledge that you can share with us to help us make this page better, we’d love to hear from you!

Can I Bring Food Into Lumen Field?
Sometimes it just feels easier if you bring your own food into the stadium. If you’re thinking of doing just that, here are a few policies at Lumen Field that you need to be aware of. We pulled these directly from the Lumen Field Stadium Guide.
Bag Policy (as of 8.28.23)
Guests of Lumen Field may carry only the following style and size bag, package, or container into the stadium or when approaching queue lines:
- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″.
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (ziploc bag or similar).
- Clear backpacks within the dimensions and have no more than 2 pockets.
- Small clutch bags, that do not exceed 4.5″ x 6.5″, with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the stadium along with one of the clear bag options.
- Seat cushions that have no pockets, zippered compartments, or extra straps.
Exception for medically necessary items (including diaper bags) after proper inspection is permitted at the NE VIP Gate, NW VIP Gate, SW VIP Gate, Club Entrance (Garage Level 5), and Suite Entrance (Garage Level 6).

Vegan Options Near Lumen Field
We also did a bit of research on good places to get a bite to eat near the stadium, in case you want to get something before or after the game (or both! We’re not here to judge!).
Loving Hut
1226 S Jackson St, Seattle, WA 98144
There is a Loving Hut located about a mile from the stadium. Depending on where you end up parking, a walk there and back might be feasible. If not, it’s only a couple minute drive from the stadium.
If you’re not familiar, Loving Hut is a vegan counter-serve chain with locations all over the country (and the world actually). You can’t go wrong with just about anything on the menu. We recommend trying the pho or the dumplings. Both amazing!
Veggie Grill
1427 4th Ave, Seattle, WA 98101
Located about a mile north of the stadium is a Veggie Grill.
Veggie Grill is another fully vegan chain restaurant located up and down the West Coast (Bring them East!!!)
Seriously, close your eyes, point at the menu and order. It’s going to be amazing. We ate there multiple times the last time we visited California and didn’t try anything we didn’t love.
