LaGuardia Airport Vegan Guide (Updated 2024)

LaGuardia Airport Vegan Options

Are you currently looking for vegan options at the (LGA) LaGuardia Airport?

You’re in the right place!

In this guide we’ll break down each concourse, giving you the best vegan options available, where they are and a couple of menu suggestions.

Finally, we found a lot of local restaurants inside the airport, but couldn’t determine which, if any, offered good vegan options. If you know of any that we’re missing, please reach out and let us know so we can improve this guide!

Vegan Options at LaGuardia Airport

Many chain location names are clickable and will take you to the complete vegan guide for that restaurant.

Terminal A

Dunkin’ (Gate A1)

Vegan Options at Dunkin
Dunkin’s Iced Coffee with Mocha Swirl Syrup and Oat Milk… this is Ryan’s favorite combo.

Multiple bagels (like Everything and Cinnamon Raisin) are available. Avocado Toast and Hashbrowns make Dunkin a decent choice.

Dunkin’ offers oat and almond milk (with an extra charge) which makes many coffee combinations possible.

Terminal B

Dos TorosOpens in a new tab. (Level 1 – Food Court)

The vegan options at Dos Toros Tacqueria are solid. Like many fast-casual Mexican restaurants, you can create your own burrito, bowl or tacos. And they offer Impossible Ground Beef!

Dunkin’ (Level 1 – Bus & Shuttle and Level 4 – Food Court)

No vegan donuts, but multiple bagel selections (like Everything and Cinnamon Raisin) and hash browns makes Dunkin’ a solid choice.

Dunkin’ offers oat, almond and coconut milk (with an extra charge) which makes many coffee combinations possible.

Green Leafs (Food Court & Shops)

A VeggL user let us know that Green Leafs appears to have menu items that are vegan or can be modified, including an Impossible meat salad and bowl. You will have to ask what is a vegan option before ordering.

Thank you for the info, Anthony!

StarbucksOpens in a new tab. (Food Court & Shops)

Vegan Options Starbucks
Starbucks’ Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso and Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato, iced & hot. (left to right) 8.2023

With the many options of non-dairy milk (oat, almond, soy, coconut) available at all Starbucks, there is almost an infinite number of vegan drinks you can order.

On the food side, you have a few options including the Chickpea Bites & Avocado Protein Box and Bagels (plain, cinnamon raisin, everything). You can also check for their Strawberry Overnight Grains and snacks.

Wendy’s (Food Court & Shops)

Not a lot of vegan options at Wendy’s but you can always look for a baked potato (order it with NO butter or sour cream), fries*, order a Veggie or Fry Sandwich or modify a salad. See our complete guideOpens in a new tab. for more details.

Shake ShackOpens in a new tab. (Gate 41)

You may be aware that Shake Shack offers the Veggie Shack that can be modified to be vegan; however, a VeggL user let us know that this airport location does NOT offer it nor the non-dairy shake. What you are left with is their fries.

Thank you for the update, Anthony.

Irving Farm Coffee Roasters (Gate 47)

We had a VeggL user reach out and let us know many great recommendations here in Concourse B. Irving offers a hummus & red pepper sandwich.

Thank you for the info Logan!

District Market (Gate 48)

Per our VeggL user, Logan, look for the District Market’s grab-and-go vegan falafel wrap for 12.99 (it is also kosher). Accidentally vegan snacks like hummus cups, chips, etc are also available.

Bar 212 (Gate 49)

Logan, our VeggL user, let us know that Bar 212 has their vegan items clearly marked. You can find Avocado Toast and a Kale & Roasted Cauliflower Salad

Five Borough Food Hall (Gate 58)

Again, our VeggL user let us know Five Borough offers clearly marked vegan options. The only made-to-order vegan menu item was the Grain Salad. Their grab-and-go section had a red pepper and hummus sandwich, Smucker’s uncrustables (grape), and accidentally vegan snacks.

Thank you, Logan!

Terminal C

Terminal C is a bit confusing. It appears to be mostly local restaurants so we do not have access to their options; however, the chain we found has perplexing location info. We hope the following information makes sense at the airport. 😉

StarbucksOpens in a new tab.

In Terminal C, there is a Starbucks at:

  • Concourse E
  • Concourse E Gate 70
  • Headhouse Connector
  • HH Baggage Claim

Bisoux (Concourse D, Gate 81)

Our VeggL user, Adrienne, let us know that the Bisoux Market offers a few vegan options; a green goddess wrap, peanut butter and apple tortilla rolls, pita chips with baba ganoush and a salad. We suggest checking the ingredient lists of each to verify that they are.

Thank you Adrienne!

Poppy’s (Concourse E, Gate 74)

A VeggL user let us know that Poppy’s offers vegan-friendly bagels with tofu cream cheese, peanut butter and/or avocado.

Thank you for the recommendation, Adrienne!

Sunday Supper Trattoria (Concourse E)

A VeggL user let us know that Sunday Supper offers a Vegan Capri slice of pizza for $7.49.

Thank you for the info, Abi!
