New York LaGuardia Airport Vegan Guide (2026)

LaGuardia Airport Vegan Options

Are you currently looking for vegan options at the (LGA) LaGuardia Airport? You are in the right place!

In this guide we’ll break down each concourse, giving you the best vegan options available, where they are and a couple of menu suggestions.

Finally, we found a lot of local restaurants inside the airport, but couldn’t determine which, if any, offered good vegan options. To help you out, a VeggL’er let us know that all of the restaurants (both sit down and quick service) use a key to denote vegan options with a “vg.”

If you stop by any of the restaurants we do not have listed and find an option we can share or notice that an update needs to be made anywhere on this guide, please reach out and let us knowOpens in a new tab.!

Vegan Options at LaGuardia Airport

Many chain location names are clickable and will take you to the complete vegan guide for that restaurant. Be aware that airport menus may vary.

Terminal A

Dunkin’ (Gate A1)

While there are no vegan donuts, Dunkin’ still offers a few solid vegan options, including Everything and Cinnamon Raisin bagels, hash browns and avocado toast. They also provide almond and oat milk at no extra charge.

CIBO (Departures)

A VeggL’er let us know that all of the CIBO express locations have a grab and go veggie and hummus wrap, as well as plant based protein shakes (remedy brand specifically).

Thank you for this helpful info, Katy!

Green Leaf’s (Food Fall)

A VeggL user let us know that Green Leafs appears to have menu items that are vegan or can be modified, including an Impossible meat salad and bowl. You will have to ask what is a vegan option before ordering.

Thank you for the info, Anthony!

StarbucksOpens in a new tab. (Food Hall)

With the many options of non-dairy milk (oat, almond, soy, coconut) available at all Starbucks, there is almost an infinite number of vegan drinks you can order.

On the food side, you have a couple of options including Bagels (plain or everything–ask if they have guacamole or a peanut butter packet to top it with) or Oatmeal. Airport locations may be limited so you can also check the ingredients on their snacks.

Wendy’s (Food Hall)

Not a lot at a Wendy’s but you could ask for a Baked Potato with Chives (NO sour cream or butter) with salsa, ketchup or mustard. If the airport location offers salads, you could modify one of those or order fries, if you do not mind them sharing a fryer with animal menu items.

Bar Veloce (Gate 24)

The airports dining info notes Bar Veloce as having vegan options. You will need to ask what those are.

Shake ShackOpens in a new tab. (Gate 41)

A veggie burger & fries are an option at Shake Shack but the burger requires many modifications. See our Shake Shack guide (linked) for updated info.

Irving Farm Coffee Roasters (Gate 47)

We had a VeggL user reach out and let us know many great recommendations here in Concourse B. Irving offers a hummus & red pepper sandwich.

Thank you for the info Logan!

District Market (Gate 48)

Per our VeggL user, Logan, look for the District Market’s grab-and-go vegan falafel wrap for 12.99 (it is also kosher). Accidentally vegan snacks like hummus cups, chips, etc are also available.

Bar 212 (Gate 49)

Logan, our VeggL user, let us know that Bar 212 has their vegan items clearly marked. You can find Avocado Toast and a Kale & Roasted Cauliflower Salad

5 Boroughs Food Emporium (Gate 59)

Again, our VeggL user let us know Five Borough offers clearly marked vegan options. The only made-to-order vegan menu item was the Grain Salad. Their grab-and-go section had a red pepper and hummus sandwich, Smucker’s uncrustables (grape), and accidentally vegan snacks.

Thank you, Logan!

Terminal C

Terminal C is a bit confusing. It appears to be mostly local restaurants so we do not have access to their options; however, the chain we found has perplexing location info. We hope the following information makes sense at the airport. 😉
