Are you looking for vegan options in Fort Lauderdale / Hollywood (FLL) airport?
You’re in the right place!
Our Fort Lauderdale Airport Vegan Guide will show you the best vegan options inside the airport and where you can find them!
There are more restaurants in each terminal but we have not been able to find a menu for any of them. If you happen to stop by and ask if they have vegan options, please let us know so we can update this guide for the next vegan traveler. 🙂
Vegan Options at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport
If it’s a popular chain restaurant, chances are we have an entire guide for that restaurant and if we do we’ll link to that guide as well. Be aware that airport locations may have a limited version of this menu.
TERMINAL 1
Starbucks
(Pre-Security + Concourses A, B & C)
With the many options of non-dairy milk (oat, almond, soy, coconut) available at all Starbucks, there is almost an infinite number of vegan drinks you can order.
On the food side, you have a couple of options including Bagels (plain or everything–ask if they have guacamole or a peanut butter packet to top it with) or Oatmeal. Airport locations may be limited so you can also check the ingredients on their snacks.
Great American Bagel Company (Pre-Security)
Ask which bagels specifically do not have animal products (some may contain honey or dairy)–should be any of the following: cinnamon raisin, everything, multigrain, sesame or the baguette.
Then create a Veggie sandwich with cucumber, lettuce, red onion, roasted red peppers, shredded carrots and/or tomatoes. Ask what sauces or dressings could be an option.
Burger King
(Concourse B)
Burger King offers the Impossible Whopper* (order with no mayo) and the fries* are vegan too. If you are there early enough, you can get their French Toast Sticks* and Hash Browns.*
Auntie Anne’s (Concourse B-C Connector)
Auntie Anne’s pretzels can be ordered vegan IF they are willing to make yours without the butter that is added BEFORE they go into the oven. This isn’t just a VeggL hack, it’s something that they themselves promote on their website.
Having said that, we’ve had mixed luck trying to do this ourselves. Some locations are willing to do it and some won’t. Be prepared to wait.
Offerdahl’s (Concourse C)
A VeggL user let us know that Offerdahl’s offers a vegan sandwich called, Very Vegan. It comes with hummus, sunflower seeds, avocado, tomato, spinach, carrots and cucumber on a baguette. They also have salads and grain bowls that appear easy to veganize.
Thank you for the info, Brittany!
Rocco’s Tacos (Concourse C)
A VeggL’er let us know Rocco’s offers vegan options! Ask about their vegan tacos called, Hongos. Verify all of the components, including the sides it comes with, are vegan. They also offer chips & guac.
Thank you for the recommendation, Carson!
Terminal 2
Shake Shack
(Concourse D)
A veggie burger & fries are an option at Shake Shack but the burger requires many modifications. See our Shake Shack guide (linked) for updated info.
Starbucks (Concourse D)
With the many options of non-dairy milk (oat, almond, soy, coconut) available at all Starbucks, there is almost an infinite number of vegan drinks you can order.
On the food side, you have a couple of options including Bagels (plain or everything–ask if they have guacamole or a peanut butter packet to top it with) or Oatmeal. Airport locations may be limited so you can also check the ingredients on their snacks.
Terminal 3
Einstein Bros. Bagels
(Concourse F)
Bagels, avocado toast, pb&j bagel… cross-reference our guide with what is on the airport’s menu. Ask question, if need be.
Also, some very underrated coffee in our opinion.
The Market By Food & Wine (Concourse F)
A VeggL user let us know that The Market offers an Impossible Burger. We do not have confirmation that it is vegan as-is so please ask before ordering.
Thank you for the info, Jeff!
Dunkin’
(Concourse E)
While there are no vegan donuts, Dunkin’ still offers a few solid vegan options, including Everything and Cinnamon Raisin bagels, hash browns and avocado toast. They also provide almond and oat milk at no extra charge.
Terminal 4
Burger King
(Concourse G)
Burger King offers the Impossible Whopper* (order with NO mayo) and accidentally vegan fries* or onion rings for lunch or dinner. French Toast Sticks* and Hash Browns* are on the menu for breakfast.
*Cross-contamination will occur at Burger King. You choose your level of comfort.
