We have confirmed one vegan option at AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys, for the 2023 season.
Below that information, we share the stadium’s bag policy along if you can bring in your own food & drinks–maybe you were thinking of going that route.
Finally, we looked around the stadium to find a couple of vegan spots in case you want to grab a bite before or after the game.
If you discover any other vegan options, please reach out and let us know so we can update and improve this guide!

Vegan Options Near AT&T Stadium
We looked for vegan restaurants close to the stadium. While we didn’t have much luck finding pure local vegan spots close to the stadium, we did find a couple of our favorite chains with vegan options.
Within walking distance are the following. The chain restaurant names can be clicked on to see our complete vegan guide for each.
There is a strong argument to be made for Cinnamon Twists from Taco Bell being the BEST vegan fast food dessert!
Ok, I know Taco Bell isn’t probably what you were expecting as a ‘vegan recommendation’, but hear me out.
It’s crazy easy to order vegan at Taco Bell, it’s located about two blocks from the stadium and you can’t tell me that after an afternoon of consuming some adult beverages and watching some football Taco Bell won’t hit the spot. C’mon, you know it will!
Tropical Smoothie Cafe
1108 N Collins St, Arlington, TX 76011
Tropical Smoothie Cafe will have plenty of vegan-friendly smoothies along with a few food options. Did you know they offer plant-based chicken? Check our vegan guide for what you can order.
Buffalo Wild Wings
1301 N Collins St Suite 101, Arlington, TX 76011
A 1/2 mile from the stadium is a Buffalo Wild Wings. If you haven’t been to a Buffalo Wild Wings since being vegan, you might be surprised at what you can get. Be aware though, ALL fried food (this includes fries and nachos) are fried in cow fat–so don’t order that.
Mellow Mushroom Arlington
Just over a mile southwest of the stadium is a Mellow Mushroom. This chain is one of our favorite pizza restaurants to grab a vegan-friendly pizza.
You can order a couple of different specialty pies (with slight modifications) or create your own with toppings like Follow Your Heart vegan cheese, tempeh and tofu and a ton of different veggies to choose from.
If you have some non-vegan friends or family with you, Mellow Mushroom is also a place they’ll feel comfortable with as well which, for better or worse, can make it easier when trying to find a place everyone will like.
