Does Qdoba Have Vegan Breakfast Options?

Vegan Options at Qdoba

First of all, did you know that Qdoba offers breakfast? While making an update to their vegan guide on VeggL, I noticed that they serve breakfast until 10:30 am. Immediately, I had to see if a vegan breakfast can be ordered!

What Is On Qdoba’s Breakfast Menu?

Qdoba offers, “create your own,” breakfast burritos and breakfast bowls in two sizes–small and regular. The fillings include more animal-based ones than not. But what they do have are potatoes, salsas and guacamole.

Are Qdoba’s Breakfast Potatoes Vegan?

Yes! According to Qdoba’s dietary preference sheet, last updated 10.10.23, Qdoba’s seasoned potatoes are vegan.

Can I Order Qdoba’s Breakfast Vegan?

We know that Qdoba has a vegan-friendly tortilla. So with the knowledge that they have potatoes, a variety of salsas and guacamole on the breakfast menu, you absolutely can create a vegan breakfast at Qdoba.

Here’s How To Order a Vegan Breakfast at Qdoba…

Order either the Create Your Own Breakfast Burrito or Breakfast Bowl. Choose the size: small or regular.

Let them know that you only want potatoes as your main–NO animal meat or eggs. If you are at one of the locations that offers Impossible Meat, this may be an option for you.

Now add your seasonings. Choose from a variety of salsas–roasted tomato (mild), fresh pico de gallo (mild), chile corn salsa (mild), salsa verde (medium), salsa roja (hot) and/or a fiery habanero salsa (hot).

Be aware that there is a chile crema on the menu as well. This one is NOT vegan.

Next, tell them you do NOT want a queso added.

Top it off with guacamole.

To Sum It Up

You absolutely can get a vegan breakfast at Qdoba. Your burrito or bowl will consist of potatoes, salsas and guacamole. And Impossible Meat, f you’re at one of the lucky locations.

We’re surprised they do not put their black beans on the breakfast menu. The majority of vegan breakfast burritos I have ever made or ordered have had black beans in them.
