Dunkin’ 2023 Vegan Fall Guide (Food & Drink)

Vegan Options at Dunkin'

It might be hot hot hot outside but Dunkin’s fall menu is not waiting for it to cool down and we’ve got your 2023 Dunkin’ Vegan Fall Guide ready for you!

Will we get any vegan as-is options? Maybe ones we can modify? I’m just hoping for something because fall is typically not the best for vegan options.

Let’s get to it!

Dunkin’ 2023 Vegan Fall Guide

What Drinks Have Been Added?

I’ll share other drinks below that are also being added to the list but are not being highlighted.

  • Signature Pumpkin Spice Hot Latte
  • …plus other Pumpkin Flavored drinks
  • Nutty Pumpkin Hot Coffee

Drinks Also Being Added But Are Not Highlighted

  • Butter Pecan Flavored Drinks
  • Caramel Cold Brew with Sweet Cold Foam
  • Blueberry Cobbler Iced Coffee
  • Toffee Nut Coffee
  • Chocolate Hazelnut Truffle Iced Coffee
  • Coconut Macaroon Iced Coffee

Let’s get your questions answered…

Is Dunkin’s Signature Pumpkin Spice Hot Latte Vegan?

No. Dunkin’s Signature Pumpkin Spice Hot Latte contains their Pumpkin Flavored Swirl Syrup. The syrup has cow dairy milk in it. The ingredients in the Pumpkin Flavored Swirl Syrup are:

Sweetened Condensed Nonfat Milk (Nonfat Milk, Sugar), Sugar, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Water, Brown Sugar (Sugar, Molasses), Caramel Color, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Potassium Sorbate (Preservative), Mono and Diglycerides, Disodium Phosphate, Salt

What this also means is that ALL of the pumpkin-flavored drinks at Dunkin’ are NOT vegan options. This includes their Nutty Pumpkin Hot Coffee.

Can Any Of Dunkin’s Pumpkin Flavored Drinks Be Modified?

No. There is no other pumpkin flavor on the menu to replace Dunkin’s Pumpkin Flavored Swirl Syrup.

Are any of the ‘other’ drinks vegan-friendly?

The Butter Pecan flavored drinks are NOT an option because they all contain their Butter Pecan Flavored Swirl Syrup which has cow-based dairy. This includes their Blueberry Cobbler Coffee.

The ingredients in the Butter Pecan Flavored Swirl Syrup are:

Butter Pecan Flavored Swirl Syrup: Sweetened Condensed Nonfat Milk (Nonfat Milk, Sugar), Sugar, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Water, Brown Sugar (Sugar, Molasses), Natural and Artificial Flavors, Caramel Color, Salt, Disodium Phosphate, Potassium Sorbate (Preservative).

The Toffee Nut Coffee, Coconut Macaroon Coffee and Caramel Cold Brew are NOT options either, nor can they be modified, because they all contain Dunkin’s Caramel Flavored Swirl Syrup which again has dairy.

The ingredients of the Caramel Flavored Swirl Syrup are:

Caramel Flavored Swirl Syrup: Sweetened Condensed Nonfat Milk (Nonfat Milk, Sugar), High Fructose Corn Syrup, Sugar, Water, Brown Sugar, Caramel Color, Potassium Sorbate (Preservative), Natural Flavors, Salt

What Food Has Dunkin’ Added To Their 2023 Fall Menu?

  • Maple Sugar Bacon Breakfast Sandwich
  • Snackin’ Bacon
  • Pumpkin Donut
  • Pumpkin Munchkins
  • Pumpkin Muffin
  • Spider Donut

Are any of them vegan?

No. Not even one of the food menu items are vegan… not even close.

What Do We Suggest In Addition To Dunkin’s Fall Menu?

Goodness… since Dunkin’s 2023 fall menu is leaving A LOT to be desired for us vegans or dairy-free folks, we’ll give you a couple of other drink and food suggestions you can order.

Dunkin’s Iced Matcha Latte with Oat Milk and Iced Coffee with Mocha Swirl and Blueberry Flavoring. August 2023

Mocha Blueberry Cold Brew

If the Blueberry Cobbler drink interests you, as it did me, maybe try a Mocha Blueberry Cold Brew or Coffee, hot or iced.

Order a Cold Brew, Iced Coffee or Hot Coffee with your choice of Non-Dairy Milk (oat, almond or coconut), Mocha Swirl and Blueberry Flavor.

Matcha Latte

Thinking of fall, I like the colors brown, green and orange. We have brown covered with the Mocha Blueberry Cold Brew and we know orange is out since Pumpkin nor Caramel is not a vegan option at Dunkin, so let’s go with green.

Order a Matcha Latte (iced, hot or frozen) with your choice of non-dairy milk (oat, almond or coconut).

Avocado Toast

Vegan Options at Dunkin'
Dunkin’s Avocado Toast –> We need to get an updated picture because the roasted tomatoes are no longer available.

Avocado Toast will be your most filling vegan option at Dunkin’. You are served an avocado spread made with avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper on a piece of toasted sourdough bread with everything bagel seasoning sprinkled on top.

This is also an oil-free option if you are whole food plant based (WFPB).

Hash Browns

Big fan of Dunkin’s Hash Browns… a guilty pleasure every once in a while. They’re not even really that great but for some reason there are a lot of us who like them. Are you one of those people? I personally like the surprise seasonings that are in them that no other breakfast hash brown has at a chain restaurant.

In Conclusion…

Dunkin’s Fall Menu is very disappointing for us vegans. Maybe all of us need to contact them to give them a push for vegan options. If you would like to do this, here is there “contact us” link

You can go to our Vegan Guide for Dunkin’ to see all of their options.
