The vegan options at Ruby Tuesday include the infamous Ruby Tuesday salad bar with unlimited fruits and veggies. Other than that, there are some random sides like Garden Vegetable soup or a Baked Potato, but overall you’re going to be pretty limited.
There was an announcement early this year that Ruby Tuesday was rolling out a vegan Awesome Burger, but no information currently exists on their website which makes us concerned with what locations (if any) are currently serving this option.

Ruby Tuesday Vegan FAQ
Are Ruby Tuesday croutons vegan?
The croutons at Ruby Tuesday are not vegan. According to their Allergen Menu, their “Famous Croutons” contain both milk and eggs. For a vegan substitute, opt for their Seasoned Lavish Crackers.
Does Ruby Tuesday have a veggie burger?
According to VegNews, Ruby Tuesday added the vegan awesome burger to 450 of it’s locations nationwide. The veggie burger being used was Sweet Earth’s vegan burger. With that being said, we were not able to locate it on their menu online.
Our best recommendation would be to ask your server or call ahead if you can and inquire about the vegan Awesome Burger.

Our Picks
Ryan’s Pick: We have not personally been to a Ruby Tuesday in quite a long time. I actually think it may have been with my parents over 10 years ago. Anyway, we’ll update our picks here when we visit a Ruby Tuesday.
