Vegan Options at Quiznos

Like many sub shops, the vegan options at Quiznos basically ends up being a create your own ‘veggie’ sub, sammie or salad with your choice of veggies.

What lacks at Quiznos compared to other sub shops is the choices of vegan dressings and sauces. A lot of times, the dressing or sauce is what makes up for having just veggies on your sub but here, you will have to do the best you can with flavor.

Classics & Specialties

  • Veggie Guacamole. Choose White, Wheat or a Sammie (grilled flatbread). Order with NO cheese … comes with guacamole, black olives, cucumber, mushrooms, green peppers, lettuce, tomato and onion with red wine vinaigrette.
  • Apple Harvest Salad. Order with NO chicken or apple cider vinaigrette. SUB the dressing with red wine vinaigrette (or see our list below) … comes with romaine, apples, dried cranberries, cucumbers, tomatoes and pumpkin seeds.

A few of them. Prior to July 2020, you would have seen about 8 different vegan bread options but now there are 3. White, Wheat and Grilled Flatbread. We consider these to be accidentally vegan.

Is the Apple Cider Vinaigrette vegan?

No. The Apple Cider Vinaigrette at Quiznos contains egg.

Did the Red Wine Vinaigrette used to contain dairy?

According to our research, yes. Prior to 2024, Quiznos red wine vinaigrette stated that it contained dairy. As of their most recent allergen guide, dated 4/2024, it no longer does. We have Quiznos Red Wine Vinaigrette as being accidentally vegan. You choose your level of comfort.
