We reached out to Chuy’s regarding their vegan options and we were so excited with what we got back.
Chuy’s sent us an actual complete vegan menu! The person who sent it to us (it was signed from Chuy so…?) informed us that they no longer pass it out at their restaurant to avoid confusion.
Since all of their food shares cooking surfaces none of it is completely vegan due to cross-contamination.
