There are a good amount of vegan options at Islands of Adventure. Enough to where you’re definitely not going to go hungry and you won’t need to go walking to the other side of the park to grab a bite to eat. (We’ve been there)
With menu items ranging from a Beyond Burger, Spaghetti Marinara and a Pad Thai you also a pretty good variety of choices too.

Can You Bring Your Own Food Into Islands of Adventure?
According to Universal’s Website:
You’re also welcome to bring your own food if you prefer. Simply notify a Security Team Member performing the security bag check at the front gate that you or a member of your party has a food allergy/intolerance. Items should be contained in a soft-sided cooler; glass is not allowed.
Universal Orlando guests staying at one of our hotels may keep food refrigerated in their hotel room. The hotel is unable to hold food in its kitchen on behalf of the guest.
What is Vegan at Harry Potter World?
According to Islands of Adventure website, there is one vegan option inside Harry Potter World. The Porridge at the Three Broomsticks is vegan.
