Tampa International Airport Vegan Guide

Tampa Airport Vegan Options

Are you currently looking for vegan options in the Tampa International Airport?

You’re in the right place!

In this guide we’ll breakdown each concourse, giving you the best vegan options available, where they are and a couple menu suggestions.

Note: Some locations are still temporarily closed. We suggest checking on the Tampa Airport Dining Page to the most updated openings and closings.

Many chain locations names are clickable and will take you to the complete vegan guide for that restaurant.

Finally, we found a few local restaurants inside the airport, but couldn’t determine which, if any, offered good vegan options. If you know of any good options that we’re missing, please reach out and let us know so we can improve this guide!

Vegan Options at Tampa Airport

Main Terminal

All of the Tampa Main Terminal options are pre-security on Level 3.

P.F. Chang’s – Vegan Options include Veggie Lettuce Wraps (which are amazing), Ma Po Tofu and Thai Chili.

Qdoba – Qdoba has some excellent vegan options. They recently partnered with Impossible Meat and have an Impossible Fajita Bowl with rice, black beans, Impossible Meat, fajita peppers and salsa that can be ordered directly as-is straight off the menu. Low stress ordering and delicious food makes Qdoba a great pick.

Starbucks (Level 1 Red Bag Claim) – Oat Milk is now available at all Starbucks and there is almost an infinite number of Starbucks vegan drinks you can order using one of the dairy-free milk alternatives (Starbucks also carries Almond, Soy and Coconut milk)

On the food side, the options get a little less exciting even with the recent release of a ‘vegan protein box’ featuring chickpea bites that reminds us of a grown up version of a Lunchable.

Airside A

According to the Tampa Airport, “Average walk time from one end of this airside to the other is only 2 minutes, so everything listed here is close to your gate!” This was stated on each airside.

Auntie Anne’s – Many Auntie Anne’s pretzels are vegan (Original, Cinnamon and a few others) as long as you ask for no butter on them! There are a couple options you can choose from including a couple different dipping sauces.

Pei Wei – Tofu, Rice and Veggies with a few different choices of sauces. Also offers Edamame if you want a quick snack.

Starbucks Reserve – Oat Milk is now available at all Starbucks and there is almost an infinite number of Starbucks vegan drinks you can order using one of the dairy-free milk alternatives (Starbucks also carries Almond, Soy and Coconut milk)

On the food side, the options get a little less exciting even with the recent release of a ‘vegan protein box’ featuring chickpea bites that reminds us of a grown up version of a Lunchable.

Airside C

Airside C has mostly local restaurants in it. We have not been able to confirm (yet) whether any of those locations have vegan options.

Starbucks – Oat Milk is now available at all Starbucks and there is almost an infinite number of Starbucks vegan drinks you can order using one of the dairy-free milk alternatives (Starbucks also carries Almond, Soy and Coconut milk)

Airside E
