If you’re walking through the Jacksonville International Airport in Jacksonville, Florida and you’re trying to figure out what’s vegan (and where you can find it) then you are in the right place!
We’ve taken the time to research through the Jacksonville (JAX) Airport’s Dining Guide to find everything vegan-friendly in the airport and where everything is located.
We are also very fortunate that we have our VeggL community that often reaches out to us to let us know
about vegan options that they find in airports as well.
Jacksonville does have a couple of other restaurants we were not able to get information about so if you stop by one of them and learn more, please let us know so we can update this guide for the next vegan traveler!
Vegan Options at Jacksonville Airport
Chain location names are clickable and will take you to the complete vegan guide for that restaurant. Be aware that airport location menus can vary though.
Post-Security Food Court
Delta Sky Club (…towards A Gates)
We were made aware by a VeggL user that the Delta Sky Club offers vegan options.
Chili’s (…towards A Gates)
Chili’s, at this location, offers a couple of items that are accidentally vegan–a modified Old Timer’s burger* and tostada chips* & salsa. See our Chili’s vegan guide for details including cross-contamination info.
Vino Volo (…towards C Gates)
We had a VeggL user let us know Vino Volo is an option. We suggest asking what options are or can be made vegan but we were told you can order Avocado Toast, Avocado & Beet salad (minus the feta), and Truffle popcorn without the butter (ask them for a little extra truffle oil instead).
Concourse A
Burger Fi (Gate A1)
Burger Fi offers a Vegan Beyond Burger, literally called, Vegan Beyond Burger. If this location carries it, verify the bun you choose is vegan-friendly. We say this because in the past the only vegan-friendly bread-type bun was the Multi-grain. It is no longer on the menu so we’re not sure if the potato bun is ok. If not, you can get it greenstyle, which means the burger is wrapped in a lettuce wrap.
Or you could ask for a Beyond Bowl. Just be sure to verify NO dairy based sauces or cheeses are on it.
Vino Volo (Gate A7)
A VeggL user let us know Vino Volo could be an option. We suggest asking what is vegan as-is or can be made vegan. We were told you can order Avocado Toast, an Avocado & Beet salad (minus the feta) and Truffle popcorn without the butter… but these menu items might vary.
CONCOURSE C
Firehouse Subs
(Gate C3)
Order a salad with some chips & a pickle. The FAQ in our Firehouse Subs vegan guide (linked) shares more on their bread & why we do not have it as vegan. You can make your own conclusions with that info though! Ingredient lists are provided.
Starbucks (Gate C4)
With the many options of non-dairy milk (oat, almond, soy, coconut) available at all Starbucks, there is almost an infinite number of vegan drinks you can order.
On the food side, you have a couple of options including Bagels (plain or everything–ask if they have guacamole or a peanut butter packet to top it with) or Oatmeal. Airport locations may be limited so you can also check the ingredients on their snacks.
