Are you looking for the vegan options at Nationwide Arena, home of the Columbus Blue Jackets? Technically, you should be in the right place. However, we have yet to hear back from their guest services for the 2023-2024 season to know what those options are.
We have provided you with the policies you may need to know if you’re thinking about bringing your own food or drinks into the stadium. We also list their bag policies since these tend to go hand in hand.

Can I Bring Food Into Nationwide Arena?
Thinking about bringing your own food into the arena? Before you do, make sure you’re aware of the following policies from Nationwide Arena. We pulled these directly from their arena A-Z Guide.
Bag Policy (as of 10.19.23)
- Bags are generally NOT permitted.
- There is an exception for medical bags, diaper bags OR clutches no larger than 8”x 5”x 1”.
- Medical bags, diaper bags AND clutches will be X-rayed via dedicated screening lines (identified at each entry) – a contactless step that replaces a manual search.
Food & Beverage Policy (as of 10.19.23)
Not Permitted:
- Food and Beverages
- Containers (including but not limited to hard or soft-sided coolers, ice chests, picnic baskets, cans, heavy plastic or glass bottles, and thermoses)
Vegan Options Near Nationwide Arena
We did a little research looking in the area near the arena to find a few restaurants that would make good places to grab food either before or after the game. This is by no means all the vegan options available, just a couple of spots that stood out to us.

1 mile southeast of the arena is a 100% vegan diner-vibes restaurant with breakfast bowls, french toast sticks, a chorizo omelette, buffalo chick’n salad, burgers, pizza and sandwiches. The menu is impressive with plenty to choose from.
