We would love to see Pizza Hut offer vegan cheese but until they do, you can go the no-cheese pizza route as a majority of their doughs are accidentally vegan. Pile your crust high with veggies and add an order of Cinnamon Bites for dessert.

Tips for eating vegan at Pizza Hut:
- You will need to call or visit a location to order the modifications you will need to make.
- Since you will be asking for NO cheese, ask if you can substitute that item for an extra topping.
- You can ask for the worker to use gloves and a clean pizza cutter due to cross-contamination.
- Be aware that all of the options at Pizza Hut (aside from the veggies), are considered accidentally vegan. Most have enzymes or natural flavors we have not confirmed the source of. You choose your level of comfort when eating here.

You will need to call your order in or visit the restaurant to order with NO cheese. Pizza Hut’s online ordering system does not allow this modification.
If you are asked about crust flavors. Either order with NO crust flavor or ask for the buttery blend. The Buttery Blend is accidentally vegan.

No. Pizza Hut’s Barbeque Pizza Sauce and Barbeque Dipping Sauce contain honey.
Does Pizza Hut offer Beyond Meat Italian Sausage?
In November 2020, Pizza Hut debuted a limited-time offering of Beyond Meat Italian Sausage. As of January 2021, it was no longer available.
We were fans of the ‘The Great Beyond’ and would like to see it come back!
Are the Breadsticks at Pizza Hut vegan?
The Breadstick Dough at Pizza Hut is vegan. What makes the breadsticks not vegan when you order directly off the menu is the addition of Parmesan cheese seasoning sprinkled on top. To make Pizza Hut’s breadsticks vegan, simply order them with NO parmesan seasoning.
Does Pizza Hut have vegan cheese?
No. Unfortunately, Pizza Hut does NOT offer dairy-free vegan cheese.
Are any of the Pizza Hut Crust Flavors vegan?
Yes! Ironically, the plain Buttery Blend Crust Flavor is accidentally vegan.
The other flavors, Garlic Buttery Blend, Hut Favorite Crust Flavor, Parmesan/Parsley and the Toasted Parmesan Crust Flavors are NOT.
Does Pizza Hut offer a Vegan “meat?”
At some locations. You may remember back in November 2020 (11.10.20 to be specific), all locations in the United States began offering Beyond Meat Italian Sausage Crumbles with a proprietary seasoning blend, for a limited time. The limited time lasted until January 2021.
In August of 2021, Pizza Hut offered Beyond Pepperoni at certain locations but that lasted for a limited time.

Jen’s Pick: The Great Beyond Pizza was amazing! Either Pizza Hut had upped their game in the crust and sauce department or I had forgotten how good it is. It had been years since I had eaten Pizza Hut.
