Cooper's Hawk Vegan Options

The vegan options at Cooper’s Hawk are a little limited, but great quality.

Outside of a few salads (with a few modifications), the star is the vegan version of the Sweet Corn & Tomato Risotto. We cover this in detail below, but the vegan version is not directly on the menu. You’ll need to ask for it specifically.

Cooper’s Hawk Vegan Options

Salads

  • House Salad – Order with NO croutons. Oil and Vinegar for Dressing.
  • Napa Salad – Order with NO cheese & chicken. SUB Oil and Vinegar for Dressing.
  • Mediterranean Chopped Salad -: Order with NO cheese & shrimp. SUB Oil & Vinegar Dressing.

Entrees

  • Sweet Corn & Tomato Risotto – A Guest Services rep informed us that – “We have a vegan version of this that isn’t printed on the menu or listed in OLO (online ordering), they would have to call to place a carryout order, or ask the server for it if dining in. (Cheese is Substituted with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, additional herbs, and Tomato Basil Relish)

Sides

Make sure to specify that you’d like your veggies to be cooked with no butter.
