If that is your question as well, you are in the right place.

- Cheese
A Double Decker Taco Supreme also comes with the addition of tomato and sour cream.
How To Order Taco Bell’s Double Decker Taco Vegan
The good news is Taco Bell’s Double Decker Taco already comes with mostly vegan ingredients.
According to Taco Bell’s ingredient lists, the Soft Flour Tortilla, Refried Beans, Taco Shell and Lettuce are all certified vegan.
This means you only have a couple of edits to make. Let’s make it easy.
Order a Double Decker Taco with NO cheese. Substitute the seasoned beef with either more refried beans or black beans.
Pro Tips: This might be a given but we want to point it out… this taco will not have a lot of seasoning so we suggest asking for a couple of sauce packets; Mild, Hot, Fire or Diablo.
Or, you have the option to add Guacamole, Red Sauce or Mexican Sauce for an extra cost.
Would It Make Sense To Order A Double Decker Taco ‘Supreme’ Vegan?
Absolutely! If you want tomatoes, it will cost you the same whether you order them as an addition to the Double Decker Taco or if you order the Supreme version.
If you choose to order a Double Decker Taco Supreme, here is how you will order it vegan.
Order a Double Decker Taco Supreme with NO cheese or sour cream. Substitute the seasoned beef with either refried beans or black beans.
What Else Can I Order Vegan at Taco Bell?
We love Taco Bell for their simple ingredients and the variety of what you can do with them.
I’ll share what we order…
Ryan orders a couple of bean burritos, fresco style, with potatoes and seasoned rice added in–with hot sauce.
I (Jen) order either a bean burrito, fresco style, with mild sauce or a Black Bean Chalupa, fresco style, with mild sauce.
We both typically order cinnamon twists as well. 🙂
